Culinary Cross Sections Make Headlines

On The New Yorker‘s website today, John Lanchester profiled Nathan Myhrvold, a man who loves “to cut things in half…and show cross sections.” Here at powerHouse Books, this terse description piqued our interest, and immediately reminded us of Jon Chonko, founder, curator, chef and designer for the blog, and author of the upcoming pH title Scanwiches (out this fall).
