In a double dose of publicity, Ara Oshagan’s images from recent powerHouse release Father Land have been featured by both ararat Magazine and SocialDocumentary.net.
Father Land, a collaborative effort of sorts between Ara and his father, esteemed Armenian poet Vahé Oshagan, is the culmination of an extensive project examining identity—personal, familial, national.
An exhibition of Mr. Oshagan’s work featuring images from Father Land will be on display at the powerHouse Arena until Dec. 12.
